Girish Koundinya is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and product development. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Engineer at Zendesk since February 2023, Koundinya previously held the position of Principal Engineer at inai from July 2021 to January 2023. Prior to that, Koundinya worked at Freshworks for over eight years, occupying roles such as Staff Engineer, Tech Lead, Senior Product Developer, and Product Developer. Koundinya possesses a strong skill set in iOS, Android, and Ruby on Rails. Educationally, Koundinya earned a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Information and Communication Technology from Sastra from 2009 to 2013.
