Dolan Murphy is an experienced technology professional with a background in engineering management and software development. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Zendesk since November 2018, Dolan specializes in Customer Identity & Access Management and previously held roles focused on Security Development, including Authentication, SSO, MFA, and Audit Logs. Prior to Zendesk, Dolan worked at Evidation Health from April 2013 to October 2018, where responsibilities included serving as Engineering Manager for an achievement platform. Dolan's career began as an Application Developer with The University of Iowa CompEpi Group between May 2012 and August 2013. Dolan holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Philosophy from the University of Iowa.
