Erin McConnell has been working in the field of design since 2017. Erin began as a Sales Professional at David Jones, then in 2019 they were an User Interface Design Intern at the Bureau of Meteorology. In 2020, they began working as a Freelance Graphic Designer, and in 2021 they joined Zeller as a Junior Designer.

Erin McConnell graduated from Swinburne University of Technology in 2020 with a Bachelor of Design (Communication Design) (Honours). Erin began their studies at the university in 2017.
