Bill Toscano has over 35 years of experience in the field of operations and quality management. Bill began their career in 1985 as a Quality Manager at Raytheon and then worked as a Quality Manager at ATI in 1995. In 1995, they became a Purchasing Manager at World Access, where they managed overseas suppliers and Manufacturing Source agreements. From 2000 to 2003, Bill worked as a New Product Operation Manager at ADC Telecommunications, responsible for managing the overall tactical Contract Manufacturer relationship. Bill then moved to BigBand Networks in 2003, where they served as a Material/Operations Manager, interpreting marketing forecasts to develop and maintain production plans. From 2008 to 2010, Bill worked as a Director of Manufacturing at Cartiza, where they were responsible for managing the material supply chain and manufacturing strategies. From 2013 to 2022, they were a Manager of Manufacturing, Operations at LenelS2. Currently, Bill is the Director of Operations at ZeeVee, Inc.

Bill Toscano attended Fitchburg State University from 1986 to 1993.
