Chalyn Francis has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Chalyn currently works as a Quality Analyst Supervisor at Weave HQ since March 2021. Chalyn previously worked at Thumbtack from 2016 to 2020, where they held various roles including Quality Analyst, Customer Support Team Lead, and Customer Support Representative. During their time at Thumbtack, they focused on delivering world-class customer experiences, improving department performance, and providing best-in-class support through multiple channels. Prior to that, they worked at IASIS Healthcare as a Cash Poster from 2012 to 2016, where they were responsible for accurate and timely financial record-keeping and payment entry. Chalyn also has experience in the education sector, specifically at Snow College, where they held roles such as Housing and Area Coordinator, Facility Coordinator, Community Leader, and Community Assistant. In these positions, they recruited, trained, and supervised staff, acted as a liaison between students and management, and ensured a comfortable living environment for residents.
