Mohamed Gabr has over 25 years of work experience in the telecommunications and facilities management industries. Mohamed is currently serving as the Facilities Management Director at Zedan Group, a position they have held since 2016. Prior to that, they worked at eXtra (United Electronics Co.) as the Facilities Management Director from 2008 to 2016.

Before entering the facilities management field, Mohamed worked at Etisalat as the Acceptance & Quality Sr. Manager from 2007 to 2008. Mohamed also worked at Huawei as the Managed Service HoD from 2004 to 2007, where they were responsible for developing telecom managed service propositions and implemented effective business and operational processes. Mohamed also prepared strategic and tactical plans, managed customer-related business areas, and negotiated SLA/KPIs with customers.

Earlier in their career, Mohamed worked at Vodafone as the O&M Manager from 1999 to 2004, where they were responsible for operations and maintenance. Mohamed began their career at Norconsult Telematics as a Regional Engineer (Managerial Level) from 1994 to 1999.

Overall, Mohamed Gabr has a diverse and extensive background in facilities management, telecom managed services, and operations and maintenance.

Mohamed Gabr, MSc, FMP holds a Master's degree in Project Management from Ain Shams University. Mohamed completed this degree from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the same university, studying from 1994 to 1999.
