Katie Harris has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration/Arts Management from Baldwin Wallace University. Katie currently works at Zap Solutions as a Technical Analyst/Account Manager. In this role, Katie oversees software implementations, trains clients, assists with integrations, provides support to existing clients, and manages a team of developers. Prior to their current role, Katie gained experience in office support, sales lead, administrative assistant, sales intern, and various other roles at different companies.
