Collin Gall is an experienced customer success and account management professional with a strong background in client advocacy and project implementation. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Placer.ai since May 2022, Collin specializes in providing location analytics and actionable insights to retailers. Prior roles include leading customer success at Snapwire, managing a diverse portfolio of clients, and ensuring the successful completion of client projects. Collin has also held key account management positions at ClearPathGPS and Adero, along with roles focusing on customer experience and sales operations at TrackR and Deckers Brands. An alumnus of UC Santa Barbara, Collin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and English.
