Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and compliance. Currently serving as the Owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana has established an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition to this role, Mariana has held the position of Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experiences include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro, practicing as a nutritionist in a private clinic, and teaching mathematics applied to nutrition and the history of food at a vocational training school. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
