Diana Gherman is a PhD and Research Associate at Brandenburgische Technische Universität Cottbus-Senftenberg since February 2021, focusing on research related to Brain-Computer Interfaces and educating on AI Safety. Concurrently, Diana serves as a Research Scientist at Zander Labs, where efforts are directed towards enhancing human-computer interaction through the exploration of the subconscious brain. Previous experience includes a Data Science Intern position at NLC - The European Healthtech Venture Builder, where Diana developed an AI tool for patent classification, and a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist role at Monster Career CZ, where strategic sourcing and candidate management were key responsibilities. Earlier positions also include a Junior Recruiter role at Bosch and Scientific Department Coordinator at the Romanian Association of Psychology Students. Diana holds a Master of Science in Cognitive Science and Artificial Intelligence from Tilburg University, along with a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Babes-Bolyai University.
