Giovanni Ferrara is an experienced engineering manager and leader with a strong background in software development, project management, and team leadership. Since November 2016, Giovanni has been with Zalando, overseeing multiple engineering teams in the areas of search and personalization, and previously served as an engineering manager at AminoMOVE, where responsibilities included leading mobile, web, and API teams and contributing to product roadmap definition. Earlier career roles at Eficode involved project and service management, team management, and software engineering, showcasing expertise in Agile methodologies and client interaction. Giovanni holds a Master of Business Administration in Information Systems Management from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences and a degree in Media Engineering from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences.
