Hani Ghatasheh has extensive experience in customer support and management within the telecommunications sector, spanning over two decades. Since May 2008, Hani has held various leadership roles at Zain KSA, currently serving as the Director of Customer Support and previously as Back Office and Dealers Senior Manager, Collection Manager, and Blended Skills Supervisor. Prior to this, Hani worked at Umniah as the Loyalty and Retention Team Leader from February 2005 to May 2008, and at Europian Telephone Center - MTC as a VAS Specialist from July 2004 to February 2005. Hani began the career at Zain Jordan as a Contact Center Team Leader from January 2001 to July 2004.
