Orla Purtill is an experienced product project manager currently with ZAGG, Inc. since November 2017. Orla has a strong background in process management and operational risk, demonstrated through the role at GECAS where responsibilities included implementing an Operational Risk Management Framework and leading cross-functional project teams. Prior experience at Dell included various managerial positions focusing on enhancing customer experience and managing projects across EMEA Technical Support and Customer Care organizations, along with project management roles in product introduction and engineering. Orla holds a Bachelor of Technology in Manufacturing Engineering and several diplomas in Quality Management and Supervisory Management from the University of Limerick.
