Tiph J. currently serves as the Chief Economic Inclusion Officer at YWCA Metro St. Louis, a position held since September 2023. Previously, Tiph held the role of Executive Vice President, Head of Education and Employment at Concordance from August 2022 to September 2023, and before that, served as the Director of Workforce & Talent Development at Saint Louis Community College from September 2019 to August 2022. Tiph's extensive experience includes work as an Organizational and Leadership Development Consultant at Cultivate Capacity, and as the Director of Leadership Development & DEI Initiatives for the State of Maryland, where Tiph led statewide DEI training programs and oversaw strategic recruitment initiatives. Additional roles include serving as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Consultant for the City of Alexandria, Virginia, and Workforce Development Training Manager for the Center for Urban Families. Tiph holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Wilmington University and a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Walden University.
