Maria Weber worked as the Director of Community Relations at One Hope United from June 2011. In this role, they organized and coordinated a comprehensive public information program, including communications, marketing, community relations, crises communication, and media relations. Maria also coordinated fundraising events and wrote successful program grants.

Prior to their position at One Hope United, Maria worked as a Victim Advocate for Child Abuse and Sex Crimes at the Circuit 9 State Attorney's Office from October 2006 to April 2007.

Maria Weber completed their Masters degree in Counseling from Barry University, from 2003 to 2006.
