Jean Wu is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in CRM and direct-to-consumer strategies. Currently serving as Senior Marketing Manager at 百胜中国 since July 2021, Jean previously held the position of Senior CRM Manager at Johnson & Johnson, focusing on the Aveeno brand and One JNJ initiatives. Earlier roles include DTC Manager at Roche and CRM Manager at Elizabeth Arden, as well as account management and research positions at 欧唯特信息系统 and Ipsos. Jean holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, completed in 2007.
