Ricardo Scaff has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ricardo started their career as an Entertainment intern at BossaNovaFilms in 2012. In 2014, they worked as an Intern/Researcher at Michael Page, where they assisted in the recruitment and selection process for Banking & Financial Services positions. From 2015 to 2016, Ricardo worked at Água Viva Ambiental as a Marketing & Sales Coordinator, leading a team and handling marketing strategies and client communication. Ricardo then joined JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS in 2016, initially as a Marketing intern for Value brands and later as a Junior Marketing Analyst for Cafê do Ponto & OOH. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Marketing Analyst for L'OR, where they played a key role in building the global premium brand in Brazil. From 2019 to 2021, Ricardo served as a Senior Marketing Analyst for Single Serve at JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS, leading capsules innovations and supporting brand management. Most recently, Ricardo became the Head of Marketing & Growth at RobinFood in 2022, where they oversee marketing and growth strategies.

Ricardo Scaff attended ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing from 2013 to 2017, where they received a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. Prior to that, they studied Management applied to the sport at Trevisan Escola de Negócios from 2012 to 2013. In 2012, they briefly studied Production Engineering at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. In 2010 and 2011, Ricardo participated in a high school exchange program at Hillmorton High School in Christchurch, New Zealand.
