Kurt Smith is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the food service industry, currently serving as General Manager for Pizza Hut Latin America & Caribbean at Yum! Brands since October 2010. In this role, Kurt oversees Finance, Accounting, Development, and Supply Chain operations for approximately 3,000 locations across Latin America, Spain, and Portugal. Previous positions include VP & Chief Growth Officer for Pizza Hut in the Latin America and Iberia regions, Chief Growth Officer for the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa, and Senior Director of Development for Pizza Hut US. Earlier career experiences include consulting at Bain & Company, a strategy role at HP, and various positions at Deloitte. Kurt holds an MBA in Marketing & Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BSBA in Accounting from the University of Richmond. Additionally, Kurt studied at The London School of Economics and Political Science. Kurt is a CPA.
