Max Dembick is the CEO & Co-Founder of Frag Lab, where they focus on doing important work. Previously, they have held various roles at Crytek, including Managing Director and Art Production Manager, where they were responsible for managing teams, recruiting, and ensuring efficient workflows. They also served as a Member of the Board at the Ukrainian Chapter of IGDA, and as an Outsourcing Producer at Nikitova LLC. With a Master's degree in Computer Science and Management from the National Technical University of Ukraine, they have a strong background in project management and customer relations.
