Josh Torres currently serves as the Assistant Director of Programs and Services for Youth Justice at the Youth Services Bureau of Ottawa, a position held since November 2022. Prior to this role, Josh was a Community Developer at Ottawa Community Housing Corporation from October 2018 to November 2022. Josh's extensive experience at the Youth Services Bureau of Ottawa includes roles as Coordinator for various youth programs, Contract Coordinator for Youth Justice Services, and Ethno-Cultural Community Worker/Program Developer from December 2008 to October 2016. Educationally, Josh holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminology and Sociology from Carleton University, earned between 2003 and 2007.
