Russell Curtis has a varied work experience. Russell began their career in 2012 at DHL Express UK as an On Site Operator, then taking on the role of On Site Operations Manager. In 2018, they moved to Style - Moveable Partition Specialists as a Project Manager. In 2019, they returned to DHL Express UK as an Account Manager. In 2020, they moved to Virgin Media O2 as a Regional Collections Manager and is currently in the role of Regional Operations Manager at YourParkingSpace since 2022.

Russell Curtis completed a National Certificate in Information Technology from Central Sussex College between 2005 and 2006. Prior to that, they attended Hazelwick Secondary School from 2001 to 2005. Russell also holds certifications from the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS), AXELOS Global Best Practice, and CITB.
