Michael F. Reber serves as the Organizational Development Leader at Yorozu Corporation since April 2012, focusing on People & Processes Development, including Human Systems Model Accreditation. Prior to this role, Michael held several academic positions, such as Adjunct Lecturer at Waseda University and Adjunct Professor at the Tokyo Institute of Technology, teaching courses in Political Philosophy, Political Economy, and systems thinking. Michael's consulting experience spans various roles, including Independent Consultant at Reber Consulting and Director of the School of Education at Northern Marianas College, where notable contributions included serving on the CNMI Governor’s Biodiesel Task Force. Michael's academic credentials include a Doctorate in Education and Institutional Transformation from The International University and Master's and Bachelor's degrees in ESL and Economics from Southeast Missouri State University.
