Sarah Phinn (Assoc. CIPD) has extensive experience in the food and hospitality industry, currently serving as People Director at YO! Sushi since October 2017, where past roles have included Head of People, People Partner, and General Manager. Prior to this, Sarah held the position of General Manager at Tampopo Limited from June 2010 to October 2017.
