Michael McKeon has extensive experience in human resources and aquatic services. Currently serving as a Human Resources Associate for the City of Calgary since September 2015, Michael has developed a strong foundation in HR practices. Additionally, involvement with YMCA Calgary since 2011 includes roles as Aquatics Team Lead and National Lifeguard Instructor, showcasing expertise in aquatic safety and instruction. Previous experience as an Assessment Assistant at the City of Calgary further complements this professional background. Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary, specializing in Human Resources and Organizational Dynamics, attained in June 2017.
