Michael Meier has extensive experience in finance and controlling, currently serving as Vice President of Finance & Controlling at yfood Labs since February 2022, where responsibilities include leading approximately 10 staff members and overseeing accounting, controlling, liquidity management, and ERP system development. Previously, Michael held the position of VP Finance and Administration at Proteros biostructures GmbH and Director of Finance at Protolabs, leading teams and enhancing reporting and process stability. At Alphaform AG, Michael was a member of the management team, involved in financial accounting, liquidity management, and compliance, and served as Financial Accounting Manager there. Earlier roles include leading finance at H&H Dienstleistungen GmbH. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Taxation from AKAD University and multiple certifications in international accounting and taxation.
