Roy Kamphuis has a diverse and extensive work experience. Roy started their career as an Experienced Audit Senior at Arthur Andersen in 1997 and continued in the same role at Ernst & Young from 2002 to 2003. Roy then joined TNT, where they held various finance director roles, including Finance Director TNT Indonesia, Deputy Finance Director - Greater China, and Finance Director - China Mainland & Hong Kong. Roy also served as a Senior Audit Manager at TNT, leading a department of 14 audit professionals and overseeing financial and operational audits. In 2016, Kamphuis joined Lotus Bakeries as the Finance and Supply Chain Director - Asia Offices, responsible for finance and supply chain matters in China and Korea. Roy played a key role in transforming Lotus Korea into Lotus Bakeries company and setting up a regional office in Bangkok. Kamphuis continues to be with Lotus Bakeries, currently serving as the Finance & Supply Chain Director - Asia Offices, responsible for all finance and supply chain matters for the company's business in China, Korea, and Japan, as well as overseeing the establishment of a Biscoff Factory in Thailand.
Roy Kamphuis attended the Twents Carmel Lyceum from 1986 to 1992. Roy then went on to study at the University of Groningen from 1992 to 1997, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Business Economics. In 1996, they had a brief period of study at Uppsala University. From 1998 to 2003, Kamphuis pursued a Postgraduate Accountancy study (RA) at Tilburg University, earning a Dutch CPA qualification. In 2009, they participated in an Accelerated Development Program (ADP) at London Business School.
