Najeeb Al-Sharafi possesses extensive experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as Acting HR Manager at Yemen LNG Company since December 2008, with previous roles in the company including Head of Talent Management and Head of Training and Development. Prior experience includes working as an HR Advisor at Total E&P Netherlands and serving as Minister's Advisor for Human Resources at the Ministry of Oil and Minerals. Najeeb Al-Sharafi started a career in training and development at AMIDEAST, where the role of Senior Training and Development Officer was held. Academic qualifications include a Postgraduate Certificate in Talent & Career Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a Master's in E-MBA from Maastricht School of Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Sana'a University.
