Annie Lam serves as the Head of Group Human Resources at YCH Group, Singapore’s largest home-grown supply chain solutions company, since April 2020. With extensive experience in human resources and talent management, Annie has previously held the position of Vice President for Performance & Talent at Metro Global Pte Ltd from May 2016 to April 2020, contributing to hospitality management solutions across various regions including Asia Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East. Prior roles also include Group Human Resources Director and Manager at Park Hotel Group from May 2009 to May 2016. Annie holds a Bachelor of Business Management from Kingston University and is recognized as a WSQ ACTA Certified Adult Educator through the Singapore Training and Development Association.
