Shivesh Ramsout is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Area People Partner for Fulfilled by Maersk and Managed by Maersk in Southern Africa and Islands since December 2022. At A.P. Moller - Maersk, Shivesh focuses on performance coaching, enhancing team effectiveness, and developing people resourcing models, while also leading culture and change initiatives. Previously, Shivesh held various HR roles at takealot.com, including Human Resources Business Partner II, where leadership and recruitment strategies were emphasized, and at Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA), where responsibilities included employee engagement and labor relations. Shivesh holds a Bcom Honours and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
