Aylin Gencyurek is an experienced human resources professional with a robust career at YaÅŸar Holding, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources since May 2018. Prior to this role, Aylin worked as HR Manager at YaÅŸar BirleÅŸik Pazarlama from May 2011 to April 2018 and at Groupe Atlantic - Larth from March 2009 to May 2011. Aylin's expertise encompasses all aspects of HR, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, training, performance appraisal, and industrial relations, along with subcontractor management and safety responsibilities. Aylin has contributed to the company's growth and human capital development, implementing HR systems in collaboration with the International HR Department in France. Aylin began the HR career as an HR Specialist at YaÅŸar Holding from August 2002 to February 2009. Aylin holds a degree in Business Administration from Dokuz Eylul University.
