Jeff Roche began their career in 2002 as a Line Cook at Penn State University. In 2005, they moved to 84 Lumber as a Co-Manager. In 2007, they joined Performance Team as a Business Analyst and was later promoted to Senior Operations Manager. In 2019, they began working as a Senior Solutions Architect at YardView.

Jeff Roche attended Penn State University from 2000 to 2004 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Arts and Sciences.
