Curtis Li has a diverse range of work experience in the sales field. Curtis began their career in 2005 as a Sales Representative at Guangzhou Lifa Technology Co., Ltd., where they were responsible for market development, customer maintenance, and sales management. Curtis also implemented the company's annual product sales plan and successfully expanded product sales in their designated area.
In 2008, Curtis joined Shenzhen Lensun Technology Co., Ltd. as a Sales employee, where they continued to excel in sales and successfully increased sales value and market share. Curtis independently handled inquiries, quotations, and contract negotiations, demonstrating strong negotiation skills.
Curtis quickly rose through the ranks and became a Sales Manager in August 2013. In this role, they coordinated sales efforts, defined sales territories, and quotas. Curtis also developed training programs for sales representatives and analyzed sales data to monitor customer preferences and make necessary adjustments.
In April 2016, Curtis was promoted to the position of Regional Director. In addition to their previous responsibilities, they now researches and inspects the market, formulates sales plans, and manages sales teams. Curtis also evaluates monthly performance appraisals for each sales specialist and communicates with superiors, subordinates, and production plants. Curtis also assists in researching and developing new products and formulates irregular promotional offers.

Curtis Li.L completed a Master's degree in Business Management from the University of San Francisco School of Management during the period of 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they attained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Wuhan Institute of Technology from 2001 to 2005.
