Rebecca Cramer has extensive experience in international development, currently serving as the Associate Director and Program Manager at Yale University since October 2014. Cramer has held various positions within the same department at Yale, progressively advancing from Program Coordinator to Assistant Director. Prior to Yale, Cramer was a High School English Teacher at The American School of Kinshasa and served as a Teacher Trainer Volunteer with the Peace Corps. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Language, Reading, and Culture from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and English from William & Mary. Career beginnings include roles as Program Coordinator at The University of Arizona and ESL Program Coordinator at the Somali Bantu Association of Tucson, as well as a Community Partnerships Coordinator at YouthBuild Philadelphia Charter School.
