David Oldroyd is a Senior Project Manager at the University of Leeds, with over twenty years of experience in construction and property services across the public and private sectors. Previous roles include Director and shareholder at Aspect 4 Ltd, and Project Director at Stace, where David Oldroyd served as a senior quantity surveyor on various large and small-scale projects. Early in the career, David Oldroyd held quantity surveying positions at firms such as Rex Proctor and Partners, Gleeds, Richard Cavadino and Partners, and Burnley Wilson & Fish. David Oldroyd's education includes a 2:1 degree in Quantity Surveying and a Master's in Construction Law from Leeds Beckett University.
