Anna Zhao

Committee Chair at Yale Model United Nations

Anna Zhao is a dedicated research assistant at the Yale Center for Language Study, currently collaborating with Fan Liu to develop a course on Chinese Food Culture. In addition to this role, Anna serves as the Deputy Coordinator for the David S. Nelson and Reginald C. Lindsay Fellowship at the U.S. District Courts, overseeing essential program operations. As a Committee Chair for Yale Model United Nations, Anna facilitates discussions on global issues through topic guides centered on environmental science. Previous experiences include leading a successful business consulting team as a BravenX Fellow, instructing debate skills at the Boston Debate League, and contributing to education equity as a Superintendent’s Cabinet Member for Boston Public Schools. Anna holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Yale University, with a strong educational foundation from Quincy Upper School and participation in dual enrollment courses at Suffolk University.
