Christian Thollin serves as the Vice President of Sales Europe & Global Strategy, Analytics at Xylem Inc. since August 2018, previously holding the position of Vice President of Strategy, Analytics. Prior experience includes leading Change Management initiatives at Nordea as Head of Change Management for a multi-year Core Banking Platform initiative from January 2017 to July 2018. Christian's career at Xylem Inc. began in 2009, advancing through roles such as Vice President of Strategy & Business Process Excellence, Director of Global Strategy & Business Development, and Director of Ballast Water Treatment. Prior to Xylem, Christian held positions at ITT Inc. as Lean Six Sigma Champion and Black Belt, Sogeti Sweden as Business Consultant, and Rottneros AB as Management Consultant. Christian holds a Master of Science degree from Chalmers University of Technology, with a focus on Chemical Engineering and Technical Communication.
