In Ho Lee has a diverse range of work experience in the gaming, travel, and technology industries. In Ho currently works at Xsolla as an Integration Manager, responsible for managing integrations within the company. Prior to this, they worked at Qroad as a Communication Manager, supporting various teams within the organization and providing expert knowledge on procedures, tools, and gameplay. Before that, they served as the CEO of Caritate Ltd, a travel agency, where they handled customer queries and complaints, offered consultation on travel arrangements, and promoted the agency. In Ho Lee also worked at Wellbia.com as part of their Technical Support Services team, where they communicated with English and Korean-speaking clients, provided technical training, and conducted hacktool testing and blocking. In Ho Lee completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach from 2009 to 2010. In Ho later pursued further education at Stony Brook University from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained another Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree, this time in Psychology and Sociology.
