Vincent Laugier is an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in software engineering and team training. Currently serving as an Engineering Team Lead and Senior Software Engineer at Ubisoft since April 2019, Laugier previously founded Optoo, where responsibilities included training engineering teams in software design, databases, Agile frameworks, and cloud computing from July 2011 to April 2019. Additional experience includes working as a Software Engineer at Magelia and Axway. Laugier holds an Engineer's degree in Engineering Technology from Polytech Annecy-Chambéry, earned between 2006 and 2009.
