Alon Soffer has a diverse work experience background. In 2012, they joined the Israeli Military Intelligence as an Intelligence Platoon Soldier, where they excelled in intelligence gathering and demonstrated a high level of professionalism, independence, and accountability. After completing their military service in 2015, Alon worked as a Student Counselor at AMHSI - Alexander Muss High School in Israel. During this time, they provided social and personal guidance to American high school students and managed logistics for field trips and daily life in the dorms. In 2017, they joined IBM as a Labeler - Project Debater, where they trained a machine-learning based debating system by performing various labeling tasks. Recently, in 2021, Alon joined Xsight Labs LTD as a Software Engineer. The summary highlights Alon's experience in intelligence, counseling, labeling, and software engineering roles.
