Nana Aaltonen is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership roles at Arm since May 2010, including positions such as Engineering Team Manager, Director of Portfolio Governance, Director of Change, Director of Project Management, Software Portfolio Manager, and Program Manager. Prior to Arm, Nana worked at NOKIA in both France and Finland, holding roles such as SW Collaboration Manager, Integration Manager, R&D Manager, and Integrated Circuit Project Manager. Academically, Nana holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Technology, Tampere, a Diploma in Coaching from the University of Cambridge, and a Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring from The Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).
