Karen Miller currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Xpansiv, a company at the forefront of the global energy transition with its integrated market infrastructure. Prior to joining Xpansiv in March 2024, Karen held the position of Global Head of People at Pond5 from May 2015 to June 2023, where the focus was on connecting media buyers with artists worldwide. Earlier experience includes serving as SVP of People at GrubHub Inc. and VP of People at Seamless.com, where responsibilities encompassed talent management and engagement. Additionally, Karen spent over 16 years at Ernst & Young LLP as the Lead Organization Development Consultant. Karen holds a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree from Tufts University.
