Human Resources Director at PDMI

Lisa Durbin, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse and extensive background in human resources. Lisa currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Pharmacy Data Management, Inc. (PDMI), where they collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic HR plans. Prior to their current role, Lisa held the position of Human Resources Manager at PDMI, where they were responsible for recruitment, conflict resolution, and organizational development. Before joining PDMI, Lisa worked at VEC Inc. as the Director of Talent Management, where they focused on providing construction services with integrity and efficiency. Lisa also has experience as a Special Project Coordinator at Mahoning County One Stop/NEO HealthForce. Lisa began their career at Allegheny General Hospital, where they held various positions and eventually became an HR Generalist. Lisa earned their Bachelor's Degree from Point Park University while working at AGH. Overall, Lisa has a strong background in HR, with expertise in recruitment, retention, conflict resolution, organizational development, benefits, compensation, and payroll.

Lisa Durbin, SHRM-SCP holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Point Park University. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including the Inclusive Workplace Culture Specialty from SHRM in January 2021, the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in August 2015, and the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification, also from SHRM, in May 2015. Furthermore, Lisa has received certifications in Crucial Conversations from VitalSmarts. Lisa has also obtained certifications in First Aid/CPR/AED and OSHA 30, as well as the PEC Safeland certification from PEC Safety. Additionally, they hold a certification as a UTV Operator.
