Neil is currently working at Xos Trucks as a Software Controls Design Engineer, where they are responsible for overall vehicle testing, calibration, and performance optimization of features such as charging, drivability, and diagnostics. Neil also develops and analyzes tools for electric vehicle software testing.

Prior to their current role, Neil worked at Xos Trucks as a Senior Validation Engineer, where they were involved in validation activities for electric vehicles. Before that, they were a Systems Engineer at Xos Trucks, where they focused on electric vehicle software testing, calibration, and performance optimization.

Neil also has experience at General Motors as a Calibration Engineer and Calibration Assistant, where they worked on calibration activities. Neil was responsible for tuning and optimizing vehicle systems.
