Emma Martin is an experienced professional in the field of marine systems and renewable energy. Currently serving as the Lead Renewables Consultant at Xodus since January 2022, Emma previously held the position of Marine Systems Director at Seagard, where tailored risk mitigation programs for subsea infrastructure assets were developed. Emma's academic foundation includes a Master of Science in Marine Systems and Policies from The University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology with a specialization in Ecology and Conservation Biology from Boston University. During tenure at Boston University, extensive research was conducted on larval fish identification and coastal ecology, collaborating with esteemed institutions such as the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution (WHOI).
