Thadius Main possesses extensive experience in logistics engineering and management, currently serving as a LOG Engineering professional at Allison Transmission since January 2023. Additionally, Thadius Main is a Program Manager at XMCO INC since April 2021 and has been the CEO of ATS LLC since October 2011, overseeing a custom firearms building and modification business. Previously, Thadius Main held a position as a Senior Logistics Engineer at BAE Systems from February 2008 to April 2021, where responsibilities included process improvement and serving as Chairman of the Failure Review Board. Earlier career roles at Lockheed Martin from November 2001 to January 2008 involved leading logistics technology initiatives, including the development of a sales-product Log Management System. Thadius Main is recognized as a Six Sigma Black Belt in Lean Management.
