Dotan Borenstein is an experienced executive in the AgTech and biotechnology sectors, currently serving as Executive Vice President at Xfloat since November 2022. Previously, Dotan held the position of Chief Business Officer at Lavie Bio and Chief Executive Officer at SaliCrop, a startup focused on enhancing food security by enabling the cultivation of crops in high salinity conditions. Other roles include Senior Consultant at Barron Graph Lowie Ltd and Business Development Manager at Hutchison Kinrot. Dotan also contributed to the restoration of Beit Yanay Dock as Managing Director and served in the Israel Air Force, focusing on strategic national and allied programs.
