Billy Wong serves as the Head of Corporate Development at XCL Education since September 2020, contributing as a founding executive in establishing a K-12 international schools group in South East Asia. Previous positions include Operations & Corporate Development Manager at A-Star Education Holdings Pte Ltd, where rapid growth through acquisitions was achieved, and Finance Director (Interim) at DDLS, Australia’s largest ICT learning provider. Billy's career also includes roles at Arowana International and Colonial First State Global Asset Management, focusing on operations, finance, and advisory. Billy's early experience at Deloitte involved M&A advisory and restructuring. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from UNSW.
