Divya Bajekal has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their current role as a Senior Research Engineer at X, the moonshot factory, where they specialize in minerals. Prior to this, Divya worked as a Software Engineer at X, the moonshot factory, focusing on minerals, from August 2020 to April 2022.

Before joining X, the moonshot factory, Divya spent five years at Google as a Software Engineer from September 2015 to August 2020. Divya gained valuable experience during this time.

In 2014, Divya completed a summer internship as a Software Engineering Intern at Amazon, followed by another internship in the same position at Oracle in 2013.

In 2012, Divya took on the role of Technical Instructor at MIT Accelerating Information Technology Innovation for a summer, imparting their knowledge and skills to others.

Divya's work experience began in 2011 as an Undergraduate Researcher at MIT CSAIL, where they gained their first professional experience in the field.

Divya Bajekal obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) between 2009 and 2014. Later, they pursued a Master's Degree in Computer Science at MIT from 2014 to 2015.
