Rogerio Nogueira is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in various leadership and research roles across technological and scientific domains. As CEO and co-founder of WATGRID since March 2014, Rogerio Nogueira has led an innovative company specializing in liquid monitoring solutions, including the award-winning Winegrid platform. In addition, Rogerio Nogueira serves as Principal Research Scientist at Instituto de Telecomunicações and holds several vice-presidential and advisory positions within various optical and scientific organizations, such as the Sociedade Portuguesa de Óptica e Fotónica and the International Commission for Optics. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Physics from Universidade de Aveiro and an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from MIT Sloan School of Management.
