Siva Reddy Karri serves as the Director of Salesforce Technology at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts since July 2018, leading the design and development of a global franchise operations and sales system on Salesforce Lightning. Prior to this role, Siva was a Senior Technical Consultant at SKMS Technologies Inc, providing Salesforce and digital project implementations. Experience also includes an Associate Director position at ASCAP, where Siva developed a PaaS-based licensing and analytics system, and a Director role at Nielsen, where Siva implemented Salesforce CRM and CPQ. Previous positions include Senior Program Manager at McGraw Hill Financial and Program/Project Manager at Ford Motor Company, with early experience as a Project Lead at Shaw Industries and a Software Engineer at Satyam Computer Services Ltd. Siva holds a Master's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
